I have received a complaint regarding your behaviour while conducting a mentoring session at Liverpool today. Until this has been fully investigated I am withdrawing your mentoring rights for the Northern RTS.

I now have the complaint regarding your mentoring on Liverpool Tower and the
alleged spat between yourself and Adam Cooke.

I need you to be frank and honest in your version of events as at present
the allegation is that :

The R/T was full of ********
each other off and winding each other up, very little of it being
found in CAP413 and most it doing nothing but make a complete farce
of the mentoring session and of Vatsim-UK's high standards.

The Northern RTS has recently been under the spotlight for persistent poor
behaviour and quite frankly schoolboy attitudes and pranks; that saying we
are not holding you responsible for that, but as a mentor we do expect you
to ensure high standards are maintained.
Quite frankly I do not accept that it is just a Joke as it offended a pilot
who was on frequency which is a clear breach of the CoC A.1.
If one person is offended then it is not acceptable - I am of mind to
recommend you get your mentoring rights back but I am not sure how long it
will be before we have another incident of this type.

The idea of practising an emergency is fine and has to be done but not at
the detriment of other pilots or the controller being mentored.

I welcome your comments Daniel before making my final decision to Simon
regarding your mentoring rights.

I look forward to your reply so I can close this off asap.

Thanks matt, didn't really explain it, but i think i've managed to work it out a little bit by just pressing random buttons

How do i put the auto-pilot on in the 737-800, Z doesn't seem to work ? :S
