the first two episodes were a bit better than i expected; i still think the claire lesbo/bi storyline is a bit silly lol

according to the latest episode that ive watched (Season 4 episode 4) Nathan died from 3 gunshots to the chest by a person hired by Milly, this in turn has caused Sylar to regain control over his body
