Right i'm seriously considering just dumping this server. This community is becoming very childish. One griefer after another and then the next taking advantage of a broken backup system. Then I am the one who gets shouted at for 'not running it propperly'. FYI this whole thing is done out of my free time with no profit or gain and if all I get back from the people I do it for is this kind of **** i'm just going to not bother any more.

The amount of times I said about sorting the backup system and you kept putting it off.
How is it not your fault if you refuse to spent a bit of time setting up some updates?

Running this type of server as a hobby is like being a fire fighter as a hobby.
You are not always needed but you need to be there when you are. (At least a reasonably amount of the time).

If you had taken the time to sort the backup system on any of the countless times I said about it then we could of had it back up in no time at all and very little would of been lost.
A bad owner is worse than pretty much all greifing.

We did have a backup system sorted but you wanted to do some extremely complex thing which uploaded the files to a server.
You always say 'a bit of time' this runs into hours, often a whole afternoon and the job still doesn't get finished until the next day.

Yes you can run a server as a hobby, which I was doing quite successfully without you breathing down my back the whole time. Helping is one thing, acting as god is another.

The debates you were having with me and players was the reason we didn't settle the deal to run the creepercraft servers as well.

The pattern was always the same. You bring along "something new and better" and when it didn't work I get the blame.

That was an attempt at making it much more effective. Unfortunately it didn't work so I found that plugin which we never did set up.
And most of that time was simply waiting for it to finish by the way. Waiting isn't exactly taking time when you can do other things.
Also, I feel the need to remind you that the old backup system wasn't for Hey0.
So that means going back to "!kit bricks" and all that.

Well, you can either figure out the BackupPlugin without my help or you can find another one (that there doesn't appear to be) or you can use the wrapper and hope it doesn't break anything to badly.

Running a server as a hobby just about covers replacing a file when it is updated.
I guess giving a few people permission to use it counts as well.

I believe part of the deal was also to help it out... that means time... which you seem not to have any spare....
I also remember you quite forcefully asking for a cut in the profits... THE VPS WASN'T ENOUGH???

But yeah that was mainly Cecer's fault, didn't help that you wanted dolla in exchange for doing a job which you admitted to not being able to do but that was something we prob could have worked around, Cecer being Cecer wasn't likely to change lol

You crash the server with it.
You try again.
It still crashes.
You use it anyway.
