Yeh cuz even I cannot get on due to this problem. You can attempt to bypass it by proxy, but the connection (depending on the proxy used) can be slow and Habbo may not even load.

Didn't change my IP but habbo is now back up for me and im with bt

My IP changed automatically after my router reset, but now Habbo works just fine for me.
