Basically there is a "Donate" option on the forum to contribute towards costs of running the forum. Any amount can be donated, but those that donate £1.50 or more get put into a special user group which has extra features over those who haven't donated. Those who donate £3.00 or more could get put in an even further upgraded usergroup with even mopre features. Rather that this new group being VIP could it not just be called Donator/Supporter or something.

You could find a way of putting it like "A forum arcade uses more server resources, therefore those who have donated towards server costs will get access to it".
This is LITERALLY just renaming VIP lol, they wouldn't let that slide

Even making the group optional, the fact that the option is only open to paying members makes it a premium service. It's like saying I don't get name changes which I could as a VIP, therefore name changes aren't a premium service - but just because I opt out doesn't mean it doesn't exist as such

What's the actual phrasing of the rule? I'm sure we can find a way around it. How about Very Special Person? lol.

    - Charge users for premium services such as VIP access.

Personally, I do not believe they are being unfair, they are being a business. I think this is a bit silly imo. I am sure there are more ways to feed Habbox's funds and provide users with 'VIP experiances'.

They will probably write another rule or rewrite the rule to patch it up anyway. Imo, we have two options. Get them to remove that rule, or change the forum into a non-habbo one.

Clearly not a very bright business.

If they looked into the ammount of users that play on habbo AND buy credits on this forum, then they will gte a low outcome.

Please share you ideas on how to provide income for Habbox.
