Got upgraded to 100mb early (just call retentions and they'll do it) will check speed again tomorrow just in case I'm being throttled

On 60mb broadband and had letters and on the my.virginmedia.com page saying it will be upgraded at the end of April.

just ask for it to be upgraded early, if they dont do it then just keep asking to be put through to retentions and they'll do it + give you a discount for 18months if you renew contract for 12months. Originally Posted by Mikey

First time I do this while in the UK haha. Back in Portugal I had B+ or A- here I have freaking C-...
@dbgtz; uni internet sucks. It's actually really ridiculous..
