I wouldn't worry about a DMCA from Sulake which states the forum is an emulation, the site which I won't mention gets a few of them stating that the forums are an emulation and we're still around. Mr-Trainor is right, The Fansite Way added that Fansites cannot charge for special features such as VIP. Which is quite silly, but I suppose they don't want you profiting from their content.

In something like 2011 yes, however the 'team' or whoever does that has since been removed and the new team have no mention of it in any of their fansite regulations
