Surely it's the one dealer in particular you had problems with? Did you not try a different one?

It's not the dealer in particular, but their bad CS was the last straw, here's the list of problems we've had with it:

    - Oil level indicator constantly shows as full, clearly isn't, had to force dealer to give us a dipstick (it doesn't come with one)
    - Wiper arms rubbing against bonnet edge, caused paint damage, was fixed
    - Lining in passenger door split couple of weeks after new, fixed
    - Driver door handle trim falling away from window switches, fixed
    - SatNav consistently tells you to turn left on roundaboats, you'd be going round in circles!! Still not fixed
    - SatNav seems to make up it's own language when reading street names, barely understandable, Still not fixed
    - Engine whines, dealer can't find an issue and so not fixed
    - Boot won't shut with switch (it's electric), has to be manually forced shut then reopened, not fixed
    - Steering wheel squeeks a lot when moving at low speeds, not fixed
    - Front parking sensors detect something in the way, blatently isn't, tried cleaning, not fixed
    - Parking brake (electronic) doesn't engage or disengage properly fairly regularly, still not fixed, potentially dangerous
    - Clutch judder, smells literally after 5 seconds when holding from minor > major road, dealer can't see the issue and so didn't fix it

All this and the car we bought from Audi before the Q5 was literally dead the day after we bought it, they had to pick it up on a transporter and replace the whole damn thing.

My brothers both have Audis and love them. One has a A5 and the other has a A6, no problems with either.
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

I am determined to find someone in your family that doesn't own a particular car.
