I've just tried asking them about the merge and they banned me from the C4H system for 10 minutes because apparently asking for a merge date is using the C4H system rashly.

If your referring to the "Maintenance Break" then that's their fault. You can merge, they just haven't redirected the URL Properly. If you refresh the page about 10 times then it works, alternatively, goto this url https://www.habbo.com.sg/start_merge - and you can merge from SG
