I would suggest landing at around 140kts
Set autobrake to 2
Soon as you touchdown, throttle off + reverse thrust + spoilers
Get to around 60kts on runway, press f1
Taxi to your gate.

yeah, but I was in cockpit mode, and didnt see how far my nose was up.. So I just lowered it

you're meant to reduce throttle to idle at 100ft over the rwy
unless your crap like me and sometimes descend too fast..
In my 747 at KEDW
Set Autobrakes to 1
Arm speedbrakes (shift and /) This makes them deploy as soon as you touch down
Flaps 25
Keep a steady speed of 146kts
As soon as you are over the first bit of tarmac put throttle to idle.
As soon as I touch down I apply full reverse thrusters (f2), when I reach 80kts I put my throttle up to keep me at about 30kts untill I get to parking. This also disengages the reverse thrusters.
