Why are some fansite owners pathetic, i contacted a few some replied and some support the idea of not allowing VIP but others are either:

• Scared they will lose their official status.
• Want to be official so they follow this stupid rule.

Granted most of them who replied were little fansites but the odd one or two big ones did reply to.

Please don't lie, we know you have no mates lol :eusa_naug would love to wear a Habbo shirt to a pub though haha, could get one that mimics the old Habbo US advert that just reads "see you on the hotel!" and a big picture of hotel view..

And basically, it's because people are created clones of the Habbo Home system that this has happened, I'm sure the selling T-Shirts was probably just to add something else to the list since I've never even heard about fansites doing clothes :rolleyes:

I think this was always the reason yeah, a lot of smaller fansites as well as a couple of larger ones were directly stealing graphic and coding works from Habbo with little or no editing even, and as is often the case it was the minority spoiling things for the majority.

in that redtiz thing they never said you cant give all the features that VIPs have. No mention of VIP, just people using the graphics. As VIP DOES NOT USE HABBO GRAPHICS IN ANY WAY you are allowed to use VIP. I believe thats what they are getting at.

If that is the case, as long as we remove VIP competitions for Habbo furni (which were becoming hard to do anyway) we SHOULD be allowed to sell VIP.

True, but we still need to be 100% on it before bringing it back surely, as the actual line about not being allowed to give a premium service for payment is still in place. What we really need is for a disclaimer or extra paragraph to be written by Habbo/Sulake to go with that rule, explicitly stating what we can and cannot sell or have on site. As far as I'm aware Habbox doesn't directly steal anything from Habbo - a few bits of graphical work are copied and edited in but that's never been an issue and we don't sell Habbo graphics, so we should be in the clear if this can be explained fully by the right people.

Redtiz says people can't donate and get features added to there account, but you are still allowed to donate and get features removed from your account. Example:

NORMAL USER: 150 x 600 limit on signature, and a 300 x 600 on limit signature.

When you become a vip you get the limit removed-

VIPS: 150 x 600 limit on signature, and a 300 x 600 limit on signature.

This could also be done with avatars.
