I think it might be down to fix Habbo Club. Posted on the System Status Yesterday:

We are currently experiencing some problems with Habbo Club. Please don't worry, we are looking into this to find a solution asap.

Back up and no changes. Also the wardrobe still refuses to save your look if you are saving the leather jacket
