HabboX's are replacing hobbas. They'll help out with the day-to-day activities, although they'll have no power. Hobbas they want to keep are being made payed staff. It wasn't for legal reasons they raised the age for hobbas, it was because too many hobbas were immature and the "old school" hobbas kicked off.

Not that any of them will. Whoever decided to revive the HabboX idea didn't think it through.
The HabboX idea is very old, they were going to be called "Mini Mois", but they were supposed to be a sort of hobba helper when the idea was brought up
