I'd wait a little while, during puberty guys get all sorts of lumps and bumps over their willy, it could just be a spot, which should go down in a few days or so. I'm sure you'd be able to immediately identify that though, say you have spots or whatever, it could be a wart... Like not genital warts but just average warts that's spreaded to your groin. It could be a callas, which is quite disgusting and impossible there I think, it depends how thick/ fair your skin is, it also means to say you need to stop pleasurising yourself. You should get it checked out, not too soon though, it would be more embarrasing to explain it all to your parents and then when you get to the doctors - it's gone! Perhaps also, you could say to your parents how it's something related to your privates and you want to get it checked out, that way they can sort something out without major embarrasment =].
