Girls , because they have to pull there panties down , sit on the loo , squeeze it out or if wee lit it 'drip' , wipe , get up again , pull panties up , open cubicle ;oo , wash there hands , dry there hands , yap to there mate in there because they can't go on there own ;S then they normally check there make up lols
