Most of the replys if any are automated. It is hardly heard of that you actually get a staff reply.

Maybe a security code or something that only the owner of the account knows so for example: -

:roompickup 123456

That would also not have any effect on someone who has been keylogged.

All typed keys are recorded and assuming the commands were used with the keylogger installed, all passwords and security codes would also be logged and emailed.
