we've had alot of snow but it hasn't snowed lately, [if you get what i mean... like it snowed before but now its in the ground] and now it's melting.

Yep, thats what is happening here. Once it tries to melt, it just snows again.

I had snow since...Late October maybe.

I live right near Ipswich and it's a good few inches.
For once in my life I don't want it to snow tommorow so I can get to the footie match down the A47 ;P
