    I think it's wise of them not to allow you to get peircings and hair dyed.
    Kids don't completely understand the risks of facial peircings or tattoo's, all they know is they reckon it will look pretty cool.
    It's best to wait until your completely mature to decide what changes you want to make to your body, a good example is my dad, he got 2 large tattoo's on his arm at 15, and he now totally regrets doing so.

    Respect your parents choice, as hard as it may be to believe, they are not just doing this to annoy you.

    Tattoos are the worst thing to do young. Piercings can be taken out and dye fades, but tattoos.. permanent. Anyone thinking of getting a tattoo, design it and wait 2 or 3 years. If you still like it then, THEN get it. Chances are you'll have changed your mind though.
