its perfexctly ok to take, i didnt use any of stuff he made i made all myself, it may look like his but it isnt.

e.g car design, some cars look exactly same but there not ripped.

as far as im concered if the template isnt copyrighted then it is fine to copy it aslongas you make everything yourself
