Oh, don't get me wrong. A true six pack is not a six pack without definition inbetween the abdominal muscles. Er, you're right, any skinny boy can get his abs showing but it's hard work to get them defined and well built up.

I have a six pack (that sounds big headed :s) but I dont go round showing it off. Some people probably cant wait to show theres off..
I think its cool to have one, be proud of yourself, and its good to have muscle and they look alright too, so yeah...

Agreed. Of course they need a hot face to go with, if theyre ugly as hell but with an awesome 6pac I think ew about the 6pac. But if they are hot witha reasonably nice 6pac, then I think better of it.

Yeah, to get a six pack you need to loose a layer of fat on your stomach, this makes it visible, then you need to tone the muscle, i hate people that are like anorexic and they're like 'Look at ma six pac!1'

Six packs are cool and yes it's nice but you can't go with someone, see they don't have a six pack and then leave them thats madness. I'd love a six pack and when I'm able to go to the gym i'd work on one, but it'll be hard cos I don't have a fast metabolism so i'd have to work very hard at first. I'm more of a pecs man me anyway.
