I didn't they dont exectly make it clear when you first log in that for help you should go to the welcome lounge. I think i went to the Lido. However on the usa hotel they have a section with about 5 welcome lounges in and the section is called "New? Start here" so i suppose if people see that there going to click it.

You say room over-ride is a little reward, Reward for doing WHAT? YOU decided to apply and it was completely voulentary, You shouldn't expect rewards, You get free HC as it is. What else do you want? Room-over ride would be acceptable in PUBLIC rooms. X's arent there for events and like someone said, If there is another X event, Put the room limit to 50 and then you go in first.

Isnt there some rule/unwritten rule that they have to do 15 mins a day.
One of them said to me, that they had done their 15 mins and now they could 'just not be an x'. But surely, they should do as much as they can.
