Do you use "Gay" as an insult?

Yu i kind of use it as insult however i try not to, it just sort of comes out when I cant think of anything else to say..

i usually say something like er. "omg gay door broke" even though it doesn't have a gender therefore can't be gay x]

but instead of
"So-and-so is a stupid gay"

It's more like

"Omg this lesson is so gay"

Sadly yes, probably cause the people around me use it, and I use it instead of swearing...

Oh, and I don't use it as an offensive insult as in: 'You bobba gay'
