Of course a window with clouds looks more synthetically pleasing although it has no reality within the hotel's rooms. If you are looking down on the room, at the angle the room is designed by its isometric state, you would not be looking at clouds through the window. To be able to see clouds out of a window you need to be looking at an upward angle not downward.

Although the window is too big, you should make it smaller or separate it into smaller windows.
