Every two days, if you wash everyday it washes all of your nutrients or something.
Plus my doctor told me to wash it less than what i do now because of my alopecia but I hate not washing it.

every other day. most hairdressers will tell you [this applys to girls mainly] that it isn't healthy for your hair to be washed every single day, unless you're using a gentle shampoo. it takes all the natural oils etc out of your hair which makes it poo apparently.

everyday, but some people say it isnt good for your hair to do it everyday

Every 2-3 days usually becuase I used frutice oily hair shampoo and conditioner. When i'm playing soccer and training in winter its usually everyday.
