By that, do you mean new members to habbo, not as well known, or is your define of that word Damn right annoying?!? because it is for me.

Your just jumping to that conclusion that could infact be false because you don't actually know that many ''Little people'' as you call them or ''Noobs'' as you also call them, so they could infact of gotten a badge. But because they may not of been as popular as you have stated, they may of went un-noticed and no one is yet to notice that uses this forum they have it. I think what you mean is; because you haven't seen anyone else with a Valentines badge other then those who are known to have it, you think it's a popularity contest. As i've stated, there is most likely non popular people on Habbo that have the Love badge from the ball if they went, but haven't yet been noticed on the forum. ;/

1. Different Staff gave out the badges and one set of people got their badges straight away. If you havent try reloading. If you still have no badge but you got an alert saying "*ZAP*" or anything along those lines then the staff that gave it to you has not done so immidiately.

2. Certain people after being "Zapped" were also banned for 2hrs or more. This was a mistake and it was fixed. Not a joke :p

3. People who entered the other comps for badges it will be announced tommorow so you may still have a chance.

4. People YOU know got badges and as you know them and other people on your friends list know them as the are "Habbo Popular" then news will spread fast that they got one. However, people who the majority of Habbo do not know well could also have gotten a badge but you just havent heard about it.

Its like the whole "Toast always lands on the side with Jam on" theory. Its rubbish.

From what I know. All who were zapped by HelKat have their badge now.

If you were'nt then you will probably get it tommorow. If not use the Habbo Help Tool.
