Because Carl allowed PHP and someone uploaded a PHP file that exploit the whole uploader. Thanks to some smartass. Carl will be removing it and it will be back up normal soon.

If you allow PHP files, people have access to the whole lot of functions. They can delete things, create things, modify things. Same thing happened to Habbonet.org uploader:

Just delete all the files in files/ or something... Or reupload index.php

Use the mimetypes site..

($_FILES['userfile']['type']=="image/psd") ||

then you change the image/psd to what ever it is..
Just keep adding to it!
