    we have a complete disclaimer on site to clarify the design and copyright of the design, where we say state that the design idea/inspiratition was directly taken from Apple's product the iPod.

    HOWEVER

    The design was hand drawn by myself, with no taking/copying of images, therefore legal. It's basically similar to someone painting a picture of an iPod then selling it.
