To be quite honest it doesn't matter if you have a 99 skill or not, once you get it then you'll get bored of doing it, I haven't got a 99 skill yet and I've probably been playing longer than anyone on this forum :s I didn't care, I got my skills over time and learnt more about the game than sit spending hours working on one skill, plus I think the easiest cape to get would be the quest cape, you can't get that either tho, that's really pathetic if you think about it, you want a 99 cape but you want it fast, you CAN'T get 99 in a day kid, it takes time, it takes effort, you can't just expect to get the highest level in no time at all, you need to put work into it or you never will get it, and 2 mil is more than enough, you know why you wont train up with this 19m you have? Because you don't have 19m, you probably have 190k thinking that's 19m, play the game don't set yourself hopeless goals because it ruins the game for yourself

You should stop thinking so big. A skill with level 99 isnt all that easy. It takes more than 64 hours of straight training.

Your acting as if getting level 99 in a skill is easy, as long as you pick the easiest one.

Cooking is the easiest, and it isnt fun, nor is it short.

I don't know why i'm even going to tell you this because you'll probably flame me for it but..
Fletching & Magic.
You get 65k mage xp per 1k alchs. You need rougly 13m xp for 99 magic. So that is 200k alchs (-the xp you have now). If you make the yew longs yourself and then buy the nats you should only lose about 40k per 1k alchs. 200k x 40 = 8m. So you would only lose 8m and get your beloved magic cape and a fletching cape.
Or if you don't fancy fletching you can just buy the alchs and lose about 130-150gp per alch. Which would be significantly more.
