It's everyones right within a democracy to say whether or not they believe someone should perhaps step down from their position.

Fair enough, it may create a bit of tension between the two - but people who say George Bush should step down don't get "fired" do they...

Why would you want to fire a hard working person such as ---MAD--- he has my full support and respect on this issue, Maybe if she dealt with it more calmly and contacted mad VIA PM then none of this would have started.
