Ok, so I just woke up (Im lazy, I know) and the vinegar on the head to treat dandruff? Didnt work much.. Still a bit, I admit its better, but its still got a bit there. Any solourtions you know to make dandruff better?

although your diet and amount of water u drink DOES affect how many spots u get, its not always the case. i eat healthily and always have done, i drink water throughout the day with a couple exceptions and have fresh air. but getting spots can be hereditary, so theres a few unlucky people out their like me who can eat healthy, drink water, have a healthy lifestyle and still have to work really hard to keep their spots at bay.
it sucks tbh.
i dont have loads, and most i do have can be hidden by makeup, but i dont have perfect skin and i hateee it.
