He wanted it back, he didn't sell it to you in the first place, as far as JaGeX will see it, you hacked him, he's just trying to get his account back because you've got no proof it's yours, and buying accounts isn't ok, it's never ok, it just means you stink too much at the game to do it yourself

Yes, but you sold it to Eye! so Eye! was the owner, then Eye! sold it to Hibbard so Hibbard the owner, you hacking it back makes you 12 mil better off and you have the account back. Hibbard has lost both.
