Its abit unfair i bet alot of Habbo Dealers will be Habbo X's,I was talking to one about a week ago,And he said he only wants to become a X because he will get lots of bets,I was like bit unfair though ;l

As you noticed, hardly an X's have casinos. This is for security reason for us, he won't have the best luck tryng to get it.
