    Its good ban. and i dont see the problem if you want to smoke for them to go outside.

    some of them rules are stupid.
    the owner of a private establishment cant allow members to smoke?
    a taxi driver cant smoke in his/her own car - even when alone?

    lol even if it's raining they should go outside... we aren't encouraging them to smoke so they can **** off and smoke outside, we don't want it ... i wanted to say sumt else but i forgot lol
