We had about 30 members and i would come on and we would have:

1) 4 Managers
2) 3 Admins
3) 5 Smods
4) 2 Support Admins

One point, i came online and more than one third of the staff were staff, thats why i come on and fire staff.

To who ever will own the new forum, vBulletin or not, its a good idea to have around TWO admins ONLY till you reach 500 members mark, and no "super mods" to start with as Admin's are able to do with problems, ;]
