&before anyone hurls abuse at me saying i b ought it, no, i didn't, any of the admins can back me up on that. i've only ever had 2x6month vip and 1x1month, so thats 195 rep, out of 6000 yerrrr. i earned it thanks.

Yes but there is no need to change it?! People have been happy with 15 points for years - the phrase "why try to fix something that isn't broken?" comes to mind. 15 is more than enough, as has been said you should earn reputation. I'd be happy if you didn't get any rep with VIP.
