I have a pretty similar problem, tbh.
I just love to have my hands on her (that sounds really bad!), but it's not like that.
It's just .. I like to touch her body.
She tells me sometimes to stop;
but i don't know- it is hard.
We try to get out as much as we can- and I can't exactly do it while we're in public- so I stop- and we have a better time.
But... now winter is coming up, and it's getting colder... we have not much to do than go to each other's houses- where i'm stuck at the beginning again.

I think she obviously just needs time. You were her first, so shes clearly not very experienced, maybe you should just talk to her about it, just make her feel confortable, I'm sure thats all it is, shes probs never done anything like that before and is embarrassed.
