Obviously, first you need a program to open them (Macromedia Director).
DCR and CCT files are protected so you can't open them straight and see the lingo, casts and stuff. Removing the protection isn't fully developed yet so you can't just remove it, but one way to see the content of the director files and casts is by copying the most of it to another file (not including lingo) with a program.
