I don't think that would work or be fair. People that do the work should get the money, and say there was 5 coders and 5 designers, each person wouldn't get alot really..

I like the idea of 45% for designer, 45% for coder, 10% towards company for upkeeping.

    I agree with that, itinerary:

    - Get name
    - Get designers
    - Design / Code site
    - Project System**
    - Begin marketing plan stage 1.

    ** Project System:
The project system would be used by the designers, coders, clients, and administrative team to:
    Assign projects/tasks to designers/coders.
Allow the client to see progress on their project
Show administration which designers/coders are doing the most work (task wise).
Integrated with PayPal IPN for admin's to issue Payments to staff.

After speaking to Denta, I have agreed to take the role as a lead designer. I am also liking the name of 'Open Minds' whoever submitted that - represents creativitity!

I look forward to being part of this business and developing it into a leading website within the design and development industry.

    Signing off,

    Darren

Now before you say, Darren can't do this.. and bring up the past again, this company is not about that.

You have to forget the past sometimes.. and I think Darren has lived up to that past quite a few times, I understand alot of his sites have been "failures" and things, but it seems this one may go quite far.

I look forward to working with him, he a great guy.. and has some great ideas.. just no one will give him a chance. I will, hopefully you will too.. and forget about the past.

    Back to the point.

If anyone wishes to be a designer or coder, please send an E-Mail to: [email protected], with the following template:

    Name:
    E-Mail:
    CV (If you have one):
    Experience:
    Examples:
    Other information:

That will help me keep it up, if you do not have any examples.. I am sorry but you don't stand a chance.

    Also, the payment.
It would depend on how many designers worked on the project, also it would depend on how much work was put into the project. Example:

    Designer A - 10% of the work
    Designer B - 90% of the work

Designer A is not going to get near as much as designer B. We would have to decide as a team what the percentage would be.

It's not all about design to get into great sucess. You'd be brilliant with your PHP knowledge etc.

I sure to god, for the companys sake, hope you don't become a 'lead designer' after seeing your terrible recent designs, and your pathetic "I know it all because I have owned an MMOCC" (which failed) attitude towards business situations.

The PHP/Script design part of the company will be a major part too, we just need to figure out how that will integrate into the design aspect of it too.

Caleb, I don't really know/care about his past. I just know his design skills aren't good enough for a "lead designer" job.
