    What law is this? I've never heard of such a law. Sentencing is the judge's decision but is usually done on Government recommendation (which is stupid, as the Judiciary is supposed to be independent from the Executive) but there isn't a law on that as far as I know.

    Secondly people, most of those laws are not law any more!
