I like it - and aparantly you like the Tahoma font is it?

Anyways...

1. Nice look but I think whatever font it is is slightly overused, maybe mix it up?
2. You might want to make the navigation a little slimmer (like not so tall), just seems like a lot of empty space being wasted....
3. In the search box you should add an icon of some sort or atleast something besides the text that defines it as a search box
4. For the two boxes on the right I think the border/outline for the actual content part seems a little too light and almost seems detached from the heading bit. Possibly try moving each side in 1px or so?
5. For the ShoutBox the text is a little bit too light, possibly darken it even if just slightly - oh and lighten the "login to send message" bit

So ya, but overall pretty nice, 7/10 +Rep if I can!
