The statement on the TOS is just in case something goes wrong with the backups or something. I do keep backups and tehuploads has been restored. Now if you would please stop bad mouthing my site it would be apprechiated.

I for one have, and trust me - you can't run a business with a pole up your ****** all of your working time. It gets tiring, time consuming and stressful; but there is a lot of benefits behind it. He isn't being rude or arrogant at all, he is helping solve a problem.

This host is professional.

This host can not be held liable for dataloss.

It clearly states this and no matter what people say they can't go on and on about how they should.

It is the host desire to make backups and if the company doesn't then that is for the company's own issues.

If you signed up to there host you clearly accepted this.

I don't see your case? I really don't... other company's may do backups as mine does every Sunday 3am (As in downloaded). But my company is not a archive company. Clients must take care of there own files incase of downtime or dataloss as the host should state in the TOS.

As I said, I don't see a case at all?

I see where he is coming from.
Being a webhost is not just ohh mumy i earnt £10 today.
Its alot more stressfull when things go wrong.

On the other hand, i for one backup my server everynight, infact, a backup is taking place now, downloading to my hdd.
