Area 51 is a secret military base (the location isn't a secret but the files inside are) which is run by the US Government and a section of it controls all the stuff about extraterrestrial sightings, UFO's and all that. I'm sure there are some non-oxygen life forms out there. We can rationalize with living environments of similar living organisms, but if a different form of life can adapt to a different habitat and conditions, nothing is stopping it from surviving.
