Making regular layouts in PS is fine, making Habbo layouts in PS isn't right.

Habbo layouts should be drawn pixel by pixel, not by using effects like in this tutorial.

If you were to use the pencil tool instead of effects then that is fine.

It's easier and much faster to do it on MS paint by drawing two rounded rectangles within each other .
