Nope, you're warned/infracted for each instance of rule breach equally, as far as I'm aware.
Its not that anyone doesn't want other users to see something, its more because its against the rules to post private content such as MSN conversations without consent. Its as simple as that. There's no alternate motive to issuing infractions/warnings, just the fact that its against the rules. If there was any bias we would pick up on it and promptly deal with the Staff member who was showing the bias, although usually those who have a past history of targeted insults and picking on other users aren't hired in the first place and especially won't make it to Site Management level.
One of the key skills that's required to be a Forum Moderator of any status is the ability to be unbiased in any situation, if a Staff member doesn't have that skill its picked up on very quickly through reported/reversed infractions.
Nick,
On my old account I had 3 infractions within 1 month which had to be reversed, is that not a bit, OFF?
The rule is in place to prevent arguments and to respect privacy, not to cover things up. If Elkaa didn't want to confront the issue, he wouldn't have invited you to PM him.

Infractions can't be discussed openly on the Forum, all I can say is that mistakes happen from time to time and, as you've already said, they were reversed and therefore rectified. A user is never targeted because of a personal vendetta.
There's always a 'settling in' period for all new Moderators and its during this time that such mistakes may happen, if they do they are always picked up on and seen to because the Super Moderator team do a fabulous job of checking through each and every infraction issued. There's always the Moderation Guide to consult if a Moderator is ever unsure or they could always contact a higher member of Staff. Point is, its difficult to make mistakes once a Moderator is used to what needs an infraction and what doesn't, its the period before this in which mistakes may happen.
personaly i think its jesus he's being giving out wrongful infractions
hes being going after neversoft giving him 3 wrongful infractions in 10 mins and ive got one aswell for posting an msn pic with consent >_>

I already knew about this, but I didn't want to say anything because I knew people wouldn't believe me. :eusa_whis
I noticed that Darren has got someone working with him to get some users banned from habbox for ""bullying"" but that isn't the case as no one has bullied him.
If I'm allowed to name a few people his trying to get banned?

Few more as well.
If he gave out that many pointless infractions/warnings on a regular basis he wouldn't have made it to Super Moderator status.![]()
