Anyway, since theres a bit of discussion about this piece I'd like to give my two cents.
So from head to toe, or rather the opposite way:
Nothing much to say about shoes, so moving on. The shading on the pants.. its okay but aren't they suppose to be shining? And tighter? There's also some random pixels that don't really have any effect or compliment the shading so they don't really belong.

The jacket; yeah its okay, could do with more contrast between the base color and the shading. I'm also thinking that the stripes don't completely line up.
Now onto the most controversial bit (and I'm sure your most favorite). Its detailed and shaded well which makes the rest of the piece feel left out. It's given me (like many others) the suspicion that it doesn't fit and one might say could be stolen. Its at a different angle, different proportions and has different levels of detail to the rest. And he doesn't have a neck.

On the left side of the face there are random black lines, what the hell are they? Suppose to be a mic? Try making it curve a bit more towards his mouth perhaps.

The hair is okay as well. But from my memory it doesn't really resemble his hair in the video clip for Thriller. The texture/shading looks a bit of with the large squares of solid color.

To sum up: Detail with the face/head and its different angle raises suspicions that its stolen and makes the rest seem a bit undetailed. The pants have a few random pixels. the jacket is okay but the stripes don't seem to line up.
