If you haven't been already, just go to your GP and tell him of your pain. You won't have to get anything out, he'll ask you if you've had any other symptoms and will probably give you a cup to wee in and perscription for some antibiotics. If your sample proves otherwise, he'll probably perscribe you some different antibioitics.

I recommend going to a doctor,
not trying to scare you but my grandad has this problem and it turned out to be cancer, it could be harmless however, but yeah doctors.

Ok well,

I told my best friend due to trust and he was sensible BUT stuck. He had no clue.
