    well i really enjoyed it. id heard loads of bad stuff about the way it was filmed, but regardless of whether it has been done before or not, i think it really worked.
    i love how there's an entire community that is based on theorising what happened after/about the whole monster and stuff. i think it shows that the movie was a huge success if you've got people thinking outside the box about it.
    apparently there's going to be a sequel, which i think would work really well, as long as they didn't just see it as a way to make more money. well obviously thats what films are for, but you get what i mean. i hope they dont make it so its really obvious that they're milking it.

    I thought it was OK. But a MAJOR disadvantageofthe handycam filming was that there was zero backstory, no cuts to an army base with an old man panicking, no president sending missile codes, just an oversized frog. I had to google it to find backstory and even then, it wasn't what I'd hoped for.
