Well, some scripts can be useful for them. Say there's a script that makes the person using it automatically sit on the chair, they'd use it for fallin furni, or if there was a script where if you have rights in a room, when you enter it, everyone got kicked, that'll be good for kick wars etc. And people do it to annoy people like error photo's or auto reload room (so if the doorbell rings and you don't let them in, it'll keep on coming)

I don't think people can post in areas when they know nothing about it,

So people saying 'It's a waste of time' when they've never done anything like it before can stop now.

I did once try it and then I realised how annoying it was to over users and how much of my time I wasted....
