I didn't have as many problems with Vista until I tried gaming, aaaaw that wasn't fun . Anyhow I just noticed..my Vista rating dropped .7 points, I didn't even change the hardware .

I'm not complaining? I'm saying what's true. Also Vista is impracticable for SSDs, because of the limited writes. For an ASUS 4GB SSD you only get 100,000 writes.

SSDs are actually slower and use more power, ill stick to normal HDDs thanks.

Do you know what an SSD is/how it functions? I suggest you see here: http://www.50leaves.com/apple/hdd-vs...ed-comparison/
SSDs are not slower, and they're better for cooling too. I'm not sure about battery life, though ASUS uses them in their UMPCs, so does OQO.

You can't really tell just now seeing as it hasn't been released. I will probably just stick to vista and wait for it to drop in price or buy a pc with the OS on it.

Ah , the Samsung 250GB SSD (I think Samsung) is bond to be released. The prices for SSDs are going down.
