Tell her that; You woke up on a sunny day and got dressed and ate breakfast, you went for a wash and heard a " woo tutu woo tutu" noise coming from your back garden. You went out to see what it was and then saw a big black Unidentified Object fly past your house, then it stopped above you and and made a "woo tutu woo tutu" noise again and then a light shined down onto you and sucked you up! Then say you had been abducted by aliens and they programed into your head that you would cheat on your girlfriend, and you did.

I'm sure she will understand your innocence and come crawling back to you in no time.
